Referral Form

Are you an employee of a business or a resident of an apartment complex in need of a vending machine? Or, do you know of a perfect location for one of our machines? Send us a referral and you could earn $200 per machine!

Guidelines:

The referral form must be completely filled out and completed prior to the vending machine(s) being placed.
Only referrals that result in the placement of one or more of our vending machines or micro markets at the location specified in the referral and a contract successfully signed with the owner or authorized representative of the location will be given the referral reward.
An email will be sent to the individual who refers a location that has a contract successfully signed and a machine placed at the location requesting information on where to send the referral reward.
All referrals that do not result in a machine or micro market placed at the referral location will not receive any reward.
